Have you noticed that the weather vane is back on the tower? Scaffolding still surrounds the tower itself but the weather vane gleams proudly above it. The new gold paint makes it look splendid in the sunlight – when we get the stuff, that is! I love the signal this refurbishment sends . “People are doing something positive here: contributing to the quality of life, and all that.” Well done all those associated with it! Visibility matters!
Blogging is still mysterious to me. I did a piece about the Cunningham trip to the USA and was then unable to find it. In the end I think I have done it twice. If any experienced blogger reads this, maybe he or she can offer adv ice.
